ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your access to and use of Emertrust Taxi services, available through the www.emertrust.com mobile application, or phone (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you fully accept the terms, conditions, and disclaimers outlined in this notice. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

USE OF THE PLATFORM

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. Emertrust reserves the right to change or remove any part of the Platform without notice. Changes to these Terms and Conditions are effective upon posting on the Platform, and your continued use after any changes shall constitute acceptance.

LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

The Platform may include links to third-party websites. Emertrust is not responsible for the content or availability of any third-party sites and does not endorse them. Users acknowledge and agree that they access these third-party sites at their own risk.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content are owned by or licensed to Emertrust. Users agree to access the content solely for personal, non-commercial use.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement. Emertrust is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the Platform. No warranty is given for uninterrupted or error-free functionality.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for vehicle services shall be as agreed upon between Emertrust and the Supplier. Payments will be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. Emertrust will send the payment schedule on or before the 25th of each month for the next month. The supplier must respond to the new month's payment schedule within 24 hours if not agree with the amendment or new rates.

The Supplier agrees to submit accurate and timely invoices for each completed service. Invoices must include details such as date, time, and location of service, along with any other information reasonably requested by Emertrust.

In the event of a dispute regarding the quality or completion of a service, Emertrust agrees to notify the Supplier promptly and provide a detailed explanation of the concerns. In such cases, payment may be withheld until the dispute is resolved.

INDEMNIFICATION

The Supplier agrees to indemnify and hold Emertrust harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use or operation of the supplied vehicles.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice of 30 days for any reason. In the event of material breach or violation of terms, either party may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect.

SERVICE PROVIDER - CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

b) Vehicle supplier or driver can not talk to the customer directly or indirectly regarding fare about relevant service. also, we do not accept any kind of harassment from you to our valid customer during the journey and after finishing the service provide.

c) Users acknowledge that Emertrust has no direct association with taxi providers and is not liable for their actions or omissions.

d) Users accept the service at their own risk and are encouraged to exercise good judgment in every transaction.
